Assistance for people with disabilities

There is free assistance for people with disabilities and reduced mobility provided in accordance to annex I of Regulation (EU) №181/2011

Ruse South Bus Station provides the following assistance for people with disabilities and reduced mobility:

>There is a special designated area for people with disabilities and reduced mobility where they can report for their arrival and obtain information about the available assistance;

>Assistance provided to help the people move from the designated area to the waiting room and the boarding aid operational zone;

>Assistance provided to embark on the vehicle with special wheelchairs, lifts and other help if needed;

>Assistance with putting the luggage in the vehicle;

>Assistance with receiving the luggage;

>Assistance with getting off the bus;

>Passengers are allowed to have an assistant with them on the bus;

>Assistance with seating;

>There is an opportunity of requesting assistance on phone number 082 828 151. The request needs to be made at least 36 hours before arriving at the bus station. It is considered as accepted after a confirmation call has been provided by one of the dispatchers;
